I flew my last trip into Taipei and haven’t seen an airplane since then. Luckily, they bought me a ride back to the states before they decided to start stranding people all over the planet. I’m on some kind of not-furloughed, not-fired, but not paid or insured status even though I haven’t struck anything myself. I could tell lots of stories about the sick nature of this management team, but I have to go to bed so I can kick my real estate investing business into high gear in the event I never do go back to work flying airplanes…
And, in case you’re concerned, I’m actually just fine… and pretty dang busy 🙂

Whoa.
Wow. Oh, I have some idea of how these things feel, I do… egad. I feel for you and your family and hope you are all able to take it in stride–or at least, take it one way or another–and get through intact.
Warm thoughts!
Re: Whoa.
Yah… it’s a little unusual for me given the fact this is the first time in about 10 years that I’ve been unemployed (I’ve had this job over 5 years now, and the last for 4 1/2). I’m coping, though. Definitley not sitting around wondering what to do 😉
