One night in Paris

I had just one night in Paris.  I got in early in the morning from an all night flight from Abidjan.  I went downtown and slept most of the day.  When I got up, I didn’t really feel like going out but I did anyway.  I had dinner at a little Japanese place that had Teriyaki cheese (seriously).  Then I wandered around town, visiting Champs Elysees and the Christmas market there (I hear this is the first year for that).  I was able to get some nice pictures of the Arc De Triomphe and the ferris wheel at Place De La Concorde.  Then I walked down the river to the Eiffel Tower and took the picture below.  After all that, it was time to come in from the cold and go to bed.  Now, I’m off to the real world again…

Ooh La La! Great pic! I’ve never seen La Tour Eiffel blue before, it must have been a sight! Teriaki cheese??? Hopefully it was better than that Chocolate cheese . . . sounds like you had a lovely time. 😀

I agree! Chocolate cheese is the worst! 🙂 Now caramel cheese… mmmmmm. That’s a great picture! Had you been to Paris before, I couldn’t remember.

I felt bad about pushing you to get out of your room after you told me it was so cold there but I am very proud and glad that you decided to do some exploring… Another place to put a dot on your map. 🙂
I agree with Edi that caramel cheese is very mmmmm, especially with apples and a good wine on the beach 😀
