I’m back to work again. I don’t have time now for the details, but here’s the overview, details to come later.
Vacation went well. I’ll probably write more about it later. We saw lots of people and did lots of stuff.
I had several days off after vacation and, much to my surprise, actually took all of them and a couple more. I was on call for a Sunday and Monday and didn’t work. I started today (errr yesterday now) and will stay out long enough to sell a couple days off in June. Not such a bad deal, really.
There are cancer updates. I’ll post them later.
I was going to blog all this stuff last week but my phone started acting up. I decided to get a new one since I was eligible for an upgrade and I didn’t want to be stuck on a trip with a broken phone. I got an AT&T Tilt (HTC Kaiser). I’ll post a full review later. It does lots of stuff…
I also finally got around to upgrading my OS to Mandriva Linux 2008.1 (Spring). It’s spiffy. I’ll probably do a full review of that later two.
The phone and the OS upgrade were the reasons for my not getting any updates out there.
Tomorrow (make that today) will be my first unsupervised flight in the DC-10. I guess they figured they better give me something short and easy. Norfolk to Baltimore. It gets better, though. After that, I go to Leipzig to fly a round trip to Kuwait. I should have some time to blog in the next few days. Hopefully I’ll get all caught up. Porc Fest is next… 🙂
