Today begins the last week in our California home. If I wern’t so busy with packing and other move prep, I might be sad. If I wern’t so excited about our new home in New Hampshire, I might be sad. If I weern’t so focused on making life better for our family, our neighbors, our friends, and the rest of the world, I might be sad. If I didn’t have the ability to travel easily to visit everyone here, I might be sad. If I didn’t have any assurance of eternity with those who love God, I might be sad. If I didn’t know that life is full of change and the adventure is worth living, I might be sad. If there wasn’t heaters in New Hampshire, I might be sad. If we wern’t going to immediately be surrounded by friends, new and old, I might be sad. If I didn’t really believe we are doing the very best thing, I might be sad.
But I’m not… I’m excited!
