Varrin’s Studio

I began working on putting together a home recording studio in late 1999.  The plan I came up with was executed in early 2000 and I now have the ability to do reasonably good quality recording right here in my own home.  Here is a picture of me sitting at my drums in the studio:

To record I use Cakewalk 9 and a Gadget Labs Wave/824 running through an Athlon 700 computer which I built specifically for recording.  I have a Fatar Studiologic midi controller, NanoPiano, Proteus 1 and 2, several mics and a Mackie 1402VLZpro mixer to work with.
