I am a Libertarian

What do I believe politically?  I believe that we have a responsibility to govern ourselves throughout life as God would want us to; being kind to others, giving of ourselves for others, protecting ourselves and others and sharing God's love with others.  I also believe that people are capable of governing and protecting themselves and have done a better job at it than the U.S. Federal Government has.  I have seen true charity at work, not forced by government leaders through taxation programs but by the true giving from ones heart.  People have also asked me personally if I believe that charitable giving will continue if taxes are cut or eliminated all together.  Do I think people will give of their hearts for others while not having funds stolen from their paychecks under the geise of "taxes" to do so?  Absolutely!  We would have more funds to give if we weren't stolen from by our own government for programs that we neither support, agree with or believe in.  These are Libertarian principles and practices.  These are the political ideals I strive to achieve in my own life, as well as promote and reach out to teach others.

Because I believe wholeheartedly in the Libertarian Party's Principles, I have devoted a great deal of time, energy and money to a good cause.  I am currently the campaign manager for the Libertarian Candidate in California's District 20.  That candidate is Varrin Swearingen!  Visit his website at varrin.com for more details.
